Better bring your appetite when you enter here! Found it by accident, or maybe it was fate.The aroma of brisket cooking outside set the stage for enjoying the Brisket En Sala Verde I ordered.The sauces for the brisket (and the chips) was a perfect balance between spicy warmth and the salsa verde.My wife had the brisket burrito and was equally pleased. Great local flavors served by a very accommodating staff. Nothing but good things to say about this place. (Sorry about the platter shot that was taken after a couple of bites-I really wanted to eat!)
Found it on a road trip cross country.We love to find local eats while on the road.This one was perfect for a quick dinner.Salsa was excellent and heard from the next table the Green Chile was wonderful.I had grilled chicken with mushrooms and onions.It was tender and juicy, highly recommend
Cool local spot for Pan-Mexican and Tex-Mex food with a Southwest aesthetic.We stopped in early on a Friday evening just before the dinner rush.It's cozy inside and quite welcoming.The staff are friendly and warm as well.I had the Pollo Yucatan and my partner ordered Tripas Tacos.We also ordered a small guacamole and queso as an appetizer, and a fried ice cream to share for dessert.I really enjoyed the shrimp sauce of my dish, and thought it added great flavor to everything on my plate.Everything was seasoned perfectly and had a home-cooked flavor, nostalgic almost.Prices are fair, too, and they have specials throughout the week.Highly recommend stopping in.They also sell accessories like aprons and keychains.
