We ordered a large pizza & dr.Pepper.It came cold, the pizza seemed like it had been sitting a long time.This is not the first time this has happened with an evening order.Delivery lady was sweet.The night manager has poor leadership skills, as every single order during the afternoon shift our food arrives fresh & hot. If you want fresh pizza order before 6pm.After that it's no guarantee you will get fresh food.
We always order with this Pizza Hut and they are always great, tonight I ordered delivery and forgot to order my ranch.I called and they were able to take care of it for me and that is much appreciated! Thank you for your awesome service, we will continue to use your services 😋
