The worst experience 😪 EVER.
Let me start by saying the associates were on their phones while cleaning the kitchen area and preparing food.
The young lady who took my order didn't have customer service skills at all.
The store was out of medium lids for combo orders.
They didn't have napkins nor ketchup packages.
The drink machine didn't work.
Had I known any of this before I paid 🤔 I would have looked for somewhere else to feed my grandson.
The look of my grandson afterward says it all

The seasoning of my burger never came across my mind until tonight when I Ate my Dave's Double burger with everything but no lettuce or tomatoes, i was so bland it tasted like a burger boiled in water

On 8/31/23, I visited the Wendy's located at 1593 Union Ave in Memphis, Tennessee.
I and my companion ordered 2 of the $5 biggie deals clearly advertised on the menu.
At the cash register, the price was much higher than $11; therefore, we asked for justification.
The clerk, stated in a nasty way that, " the price is higher because the biggie deal is $5.99 plus tax".
I explained to her that they are advertising $5 and that should be honored; otherwise, the company is guilty of false advertisement.
She then reaffirmed her nasty behavior and stated, "It's $5.99, plus tax.
Do you want it or not"? Naturally, I left it.
I will reporting this false advertisement to the proper authority.
I don't believe in spending my good money where the business operates unethically and employ ignorant people who lack customer service.
Do not go here.
