Fall of the bone ribs.Wet, dry, glazed doesn't matter they are all amazing. Our favorites were split between the wet and the glazed, the dry just doesn't have the right texture (the flavor was great). We got the ribs for two, it comes with coleslaw, beans toast and ribs. The coleslaw has relish in it which was strange but good. The beans were basic but with the ribs you really don't need much. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you come here and you like comics talk with Eric.
Classic Memphis BBQ atmosphere.Service was amazing, but..THE FOOD...was out of this world good.I got the ribs half glazed and half sauced and both were perfect. The ribs weren't overly greasy and we're smoked to perfection. They had a nice smoke ring and were fall-off-the-bone ready
We were driving through Memphis and decided to stop for lunch for some barbeque. The food was overall pretty good.We ordered the brisket sandwich with French fries and pork sandwich with a side of bbq spaghetti. When in Memphis? The bbq sauce is very good, a little tangy and smoky. The bbq spaghetti I would recommend ordering to try, but I don’t think I’d order it again. It was a little oily which I found really unpleasant on my lips, but the flavor was good. The actual meat was smoky but not the best we’ve ever had. We’ve lived in Kansas City so have pretty high standards. The service was fairly subpar.Took a while to be greeted and seated, and it took a while to get our food.We weren’t in a hurry but it could have been better. If we were driving through Memphis again, we will probably stop somewhere else, but we are glad we tried it.
