This is the second time this has happened.
I ordered a two piece with shrimp and they left it out.
When it happened a couple of months ago I vowed not to go back.
I called and all they could say is we are so sorry.
So if you go make sure to check your food before leaving.
Not going back this location.

As a true fan of Captain D's this location is terrible.
Got my food and it was not good, as I was leaving I let the staff know it wasn't good.
But what shocked me was the response by a employee.
"You can't please everybody"...this I felt was very unprofessional and like a oh well moment.
Captain D's is a pricey meal and to be severed poor quality food is not good.

Fish tasted a good bit over cooked and half of my fillet was missing, my hush puppies were over done and it looks like they skimmed on the Mack and cheese
