FLAME RAMEN is a cozy gem in Memphis that has quickly become one of my favorites! 🌟 I've visited several times, and the fast service is consistently impressive.
The Chicken Gyoza is a must-try - absolutely delicious, especially when pan-fried! For my main, I indulged in the Yokisoba, which was hearty, but I found the sausage a bit salty. Their Green Tea Cheesecake, however, is a delightful way to end your meal.
With options for indoor and outdoor seating, it's perfect for solo dining or a casual meal with friends. Can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu! 🍜✨
