If you're craving authentic North Indian flavors, Puja's Kitchen is a gem in Memphis! 🌟 I recently tried the litti-chokha, and it exceeded my expectations - so fresh and bursting with flavor. The kadhi? Next level!

Just a heads up, you need to order 4-6 hours in advance, and it's cash only (Zelle is available too). Being a vegetarian kitchen, there are no non-veg options, but trust me, you won’t miss it.

Puja’s dedication shines through her delightful samosas and the amazing green chutney! 💚 It's perfect for a comforting takeaway meal after a long day. I can't wait to order again
