I recently visited Vero at the Denver Central Market and was pleasantly surprised! 🍕 The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for a casual dining experience. I tried the ricotta gnocchi, which was delightfully tender and paired beautifully with the velvety tomato cream sauce and fresh basil.

I also couldn’t resist sampling the Diavola pizza - great crust and the toppings were on point! Just a note, the Margherita was slightly burnt; however, it still had good flavor. Fast service and a vibrant setting make me ready to return!

Definitely worth checking out! 😊
