Los Molinos Restaurant is a hidden gem for authentic Mexican cuisine! 🌮 The cozy atmosphere is perfect for a casual bite. I tried the birria gordita and torta de milanesa, and both were incredibly flavorful - like a taste of Mexico City right in Denver!

The champurrado was a standout; rich and smooth, it warmed me right up! While the seating felt a bit cramped, the friendly service made up for it. Be sure to try their hot salsa; it’s fresh and delicious! I can't wait to visit again! 🌟
