My friend and I just found our new favorite Indian food spot!! The drinks were immaculate! Bursting with flavor, with the perfect pairings.
We could not recommend this place w enough.
If you are new to Indian and are unsure on what to order… restaurant week is the perfect taster! They have an awesome menu that’s worth checking out!

Himchuli has, by far, the best Indian food in Denver.
Their menu is unimposing, creative, vegetarian forward, vegan friendly, and highly conducive to sharing.
The service is quick, the kitchen is accommodating, and the staff is more than willing to answer questions and guide the experience.
Himchuli also has the unique ability to meet the moment; I’ve found myself there on all sorts of occasions from a nice day on their patio to post-break up comfort food take-out.
As a Himchuli regular, my favs include: Bhindi Masala, Baigan Bharta, Saptarangi Korma, and the Alu Nann (which is an absolute must).

Cute spot, delicious food, best take on bhangin barta (I know that’s spelled wrong) I’ve had and the side bread was crispy wheat water and pan fried.
