Umami Japanese Steakhouse Sushi in Brier Creek Commons is a gem for families! My daughter calls it "the fire show," and the hibachi chefs certainly bring the entertainment. 🍤

We enjoyed a hibachi chicken lunch that was delicious and fulfilling - definitely enough to share without breaking the bank. The lunch specials are fantastic; we fed the whole family for around $50!

My wife had some sushi, which she rated 7/10, but the standout was the bang bang shrimp! The atmosphere is lively, and we'll definitely be back for another fun dining experience! 🎉
