Estampa Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting addition to the Raleigh dining scene! 🍽️

The atmosphere is trendy, perfect for groups or a casual night out, and the outside seating is a nice touch. While I was underwhelmed by some of the meats, the picanha and sausages really stood out among the offerings.

The salad bar had fresh options, but it could use a bit more variety. Service was friendly, though a bit slow at times. I had my fill of caipirinhas, which were delightful!

Overall, I see potential for improvement as this new gem finds its footing. Looking forward to seeing their growth...!
