Umami in Birmingham is a delightful Asian fusion gem! 🌟 The sweet & spicy pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, enhanced by the crunchy chicharron. I also loved the rich tonkotsu black ramen, complete with a perfectly marinated egg.

The atmosphere is chic and inviting, ideal for a casual dinner with friends or a date night. Don't miss their Wednesday specials - half-off wine and wings for just $6! 🍷🍗 With each visit, I’m eager to explore more of their fantastic menu. I’ll definitely be back for another round of that ramen...!
