Price gouging! They are ripping customers off.
$7.90 for a medium tea and half-filled fruit cup.
How much more money do you corporate bourgeoisie think we paycheck-to-paycheck people can stand your continuously increasing prices to fill your pockets?

I usually get the same thing, but they are always out of fruit to go with my oatmeal or are out of the Greek yogurt yet still have it on the menu.
Also, the service here is nothing like the other locations.
Most of the employees with the exception of one seem disinterested in doing their job or act like they could care less about taking your order, so yeah.
That’s what we as students have to put up with everyday.

Updated Summer 2024: Staff is 100% great! food improvement is noticed.
I have been buying food here more and gaining trust.
It’s actually the only Panera bread in B’Ham worth visiting.
Again how the staff interacts is EVERYTHING and they are doing really awesome.
The bad eggs/rude staff seem to be gone now.
I care more about someone being mean to me than a mediocre sandwich honestly.
(It is just a sandwich) I don’t know the cashier name but she’s been here a long time she’s super awesome nice.
