Burger King

Great location for obvious reasons.
Hospital near and other area services.
Restaurant looks mildly cared for but it mostly looks nice from a recent renovation.
But all the good the brand and franchisee has attempted to create are wasted on a pathetic, lazy, rude, asinine staff of people who relate to me in skin but not on customers service aptitude.
It goes without, but must be said, we’re tried of the same group of people running a restaurant that always has the same poor service performance from that group.
If you don’t want a job, don’t get a job.
If helping customers and serving the public with a smile and graciousness is beneath you, please quit.
We, the customer, are tired and honestly don’t care about you and your bad attitude and inability to perform very simple functions that fast food requires.
The customers would rather you quit and waste away doing absolutely nothing with your life as it appears you rather do than help customers.
Burger King corporation.
This is very common problem for your brand.
You have to repair this problem to repair the brand.

Well Well Well...
We all knew it would come down to this moment.
First, when traveling back to Birmingham to close an assessment for a friend.
We decide to grab a quick breakfast-lunch-brunch-snack-kinda-thing..
Well...
I did....
You see, my fiancé is so "high street" and would never...
just kidding, he just suffers from selective eating disorder. Upon walking in the door, we are greeted by a beautiful lady best described as "all loving".
(Let's face facts.
When a couple, 2 men, say that a lady is beautiful...
SHE IS) Everyone was so friendly. Everything was so cleaned, organized. Our order: blazing fast hot & fresh even the fries were HOT & FRESH. (Fast Food does not usually allow this to happen.) We did the chit chat loving, got our food, ran like 2 fat boys run...
and as we are leaving, we hear "Thanks, Love". and we smiled all day. Burger King, this is a GRANDSLAM of a location.
Just remember not to park in their lot unless you're actually inside.

Came in for some lunch with the kiddos they have a touch screen u can order with which was soooo easy to do with the kids food was delivered straight to our table by a sweet gentleman named Von.
He made sure all our food we ordered was there we were missing something and he had it to us super fast and while we were eating the food which was all sooo freaking fresh n yummy, the manager Miss Betty brought my youngest a cookie for free and then made us each crowns.
Miss Betty asked each of the kiddos if they would be a king/ queen for her and the kids were so excited.
Over all this was the best lunch we have ever had.
Thank u all for the excellent service, fresh food and welcoming environment.
Definitely will come back and eat again!
