People were pleasant and friendly.service was good.sandwich was not up to their usual standards.Cheese was no melted and I had to pull up to the waiting area.If I have to wait the Cheese should have been melted.
This isn’t your usual Chick Filet, often times the staff are rude, out of basic menu items, today they were out of cups so there was a sign posted “we don’t have ANY Drinks! “ We found out they were out of cups, it is now lunch rush and the manager has left to find some cups. The environment isn’t clean, service very slow. I find it hard to believe the corporate Chick Filet allows this store to continue running like this.
Employees are great but it appears management has been continuously dropping the ball on ordering supplies.It has been months since they've had a proper supply of cups.It's ridiculous to pay full price of a combo and not be provided the drink that's suppose to be included.
