October 02, 2024I recently popped into Chick-fil-A at UAB Hospital, hoping for my usual quick fix of their famous chicken. 🍗 The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual, which was nice, especially in a hospital environment.
However, they were out of some essentials, including cups for drinks, which was quite disappointing! My order was a classic #1, but it came with pretty soggy fries. The service was slower than expected, taking quite some time for a simple meal.
With a few improvements in stock and speed, this location could definitely shine brighter! 🌟
