Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Came during happy hour, as I had done the previous week.
Was told at the drive thru speaker that they haven't done happy hour for 1 year.
Pulled around to the window and asked if they could maybe ring up a smoothie to see if the system still has it set up because I had one a week ago.
Was told they haven't had happy hour for 2 years now.
Was handed the three cheese chicken quesadilla.
Opened it to see that I was given a plain tortilla basically because half of it is missing the cheese and chicken.
Disappointing.

Love their avocoladas! * This location's front door was closed and locked at 8pm on a Sunday, and their hours of operation say they are open until 9pm. I tried knocking on the door, I know they saw me arrive and heard me knocking, I don't want to believe they ignored me, but they did. Drive through was still open.

Love their smoothies! My daughter's love the food. However, we all did an acai bowl trip and they were all frozen.
I dont understand why they wouldn't blend the frozen acai to make it smooth bowl you can eat? We brought them home and we couldn't eat as it was a frozen block of ice with fruit on it.
I was disappointed considering we paid $40 for all 3 with peanut butter on them.
It's also advertises "peanut butter drizzle", but it's not drizzled, there is just a clump or spoonful put in the bowl for $1.50 each bowl.
Yikes! I hate to compare, but go down the street to Nektar if you want a more satifying acai bowls.
But I will continue getting smoothies here!
