I'm not gonna lie.
I've been to some excellent McDonald's, this one is average.
My burger was burned to the point it felt like burger king made it🤣 They never have ice cream.
3 times now I've ordered a pie, each time it is never in the bag.
I am discouraged to go to this location anymore.
I'm hoping the new one gets built soon.
This McDonald's seems to do the bare minimum on food quality.
Disappointing.

The people who work there, don’t listen so they get your order wrong and when you tell them the CORRECT way.
They got an attitude. 2.
You get your food and you’re expecting it cooked well and filled well.
No.
Burnt and basically half full. 3.
They’re really slow.
How you gon call your store fast food and not be fast.
Overall, worst McDonalds in this area.
The other McDonalds in surprise is 20x better.

Stopped in for a iced tea went inside the cashier took the order right away but it took over 5 minutes to get my drink it wasn't very busy and they still got the order wrong WOW! it was just a drink half sweet/half unsweetened nope all sweet tea gave it back and said again half sweet/half unsweetened please and thank you with a smile on their face the cashier said sorry I'll take care of it and got me another drink the same damn drink all sweet tea that's pretty sad when you have workers that aren't intelligent enough to complete the simplest task or follow the simplest instructions the dumbing down of America
