Ordered a sandwich and a smoothie for lunch on 05/07 via the app and got it delivered.
There was a long piece of brown hair in my sandwich.
My hair is black and curly so it was not mine.
I filled out the customer survey in the app as well as uploaded pictures.
I received a call the same day and was told to go to the store to get my fresh sandwich.
I came to the store on 05/09 when I got off of work.
I was told I would have to bring the entire sandwich back as well as a receipt in order to get another sandwich, which wasn’t told to me over the phone at all.
The only receipt I had was proof of purchase in the app which they would not take but if I ordered in the app and you see the order in the app why does a paper receipt matter? Terrible customer service.
A waste of my time (because I stopped by for nothing) & a waste of $28 (that’s how much I spent on food that had to be thrown away).
Never going back.

This location is the best Tropical Smoothie I’ve experienced in the Raleigh area.
Everyone is very kind and friendly that I’ve engaged with who works there.
The food/smoothies are always fresh and great quality.
It’s also very clean and a nice atmosphere.
This store is my preferred location now since the Brennan Station location off Creedmoor has gone way down in the quality of service/food.

I love the service at this location ( corners ) I always have great customer service They are fast , clean, they greet you with a smile
