Really cute little pub in Brier Creek! It has nice standard pub food and a couple pub-inspired healthier options.I got the fish and chips, my partner got salmon. Then we shared two desserts (apple cobbler and Chocolate cake).Everything was excellent! It does get busy, so make sure to get there early or book a reservation. There's also live music on Fridays and a seasonal menu! We'll definitely be going again.
What a gem of a discovery while passing through town. We decided to try a local restaurant and this was our selection. What a win! From our initial welcome at the door to the final bite, it was a fabulous decision. The potato croquettes were absolutely amazing as a starter and the soda bread selections (one sweet and one plain) were delicious. I selected the chicken welly with the Brutus salad for my entree and wow… melt in your mouth divine. The puff pastry was light and crispy while filled with the perfect balance of potatoes, chicken and carrots. Our server, Sherby, was polite, knowledgeable, and the just right level of attentive. If you are in the area, this is a hidden gem that is worth your time to stop. The outdoor seating is the cherry on top… super comfortable and inviting in an unusually warm February day. We will definitely be back.
I've been to Trali a few times and enjoy the atmosphere and food.It was a central location for the family to connect for our monthly get-together, which also happened to be St.Patrick's Day.Although it was very busy for food, there was a tent with music and Irish dancing outside as entertainment while waiting. The bar was running smoothly with minimal wait. There was also a place outside to pick up food.It was a gorgeous day and we were seated outside and had a fairly private area and could see under the tent.My mom, who is fairly picky the older she gets, loved the eggrolls, fish and chips and potato salad. She tried the Cornbeef sandwich, liked it, and then polished off the last 5 bites of my nieces shepherd's pie.I haven't seen her eat that much in a while, so I would say the food was a success. We all tried the camp fire icecream and it was so good. Our waitress (Lexy?) was fantastic and took great care of us.We thoroughly enjoyed our day.
