TLC Marcos Pizza, Wings & Grill

I've seen this place a lot.
Always packed at night time but never any other time.
Their menu looked good.
So I went on Saturday while they were slow.The A/C wasn't working, the cashier seemed over worked, the bathrooms were dirty.
I ordered the Chicken sandwich with Onion rings.
The sandwich had no taste the onion rings were low quality below Cookout.
No fountain drinks.
At the end of the meal, my stomach started to hurt.
If you are drunk or have low expectations this is the place for you.

I ordered a large pizza and ten wings on 4/22/24 at 5: 35pm, an hour and a half later still no food.
It took 4 calls before someone answered the phone.
I finally was able to get a hold of someone, I explained the situation and told them I wanted a refund.
I was told the refund would take 3-5 business days for the refund to hit.
Update: On 4/24/24 I called again at 10: 13pm after seeing that the charge had gone through and not been refunded.
When I called one man answered, I explained the situation and told him I wanted to talk to a manager.
The man put the phone down and I waited for almost ten minutes and listened to nothing but background noise before finally speaking to a manager.
The manager told me that the refund would hit within 48 hours....
Not hopeful.

Predatory practices! They are more worried about making money off booting your car then feeding people.
On top of waiting 50 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD! For really movie theater food.
I had to pay 275$ to get the boot THAT THE RESTAURANT THEMSELVES PUTS ON CARS.
No explanation, no reasoning I’m just supposed to hand over 275$ because it’s private property when we were patrons and spent money at the restaurant with receipts proving that to be true.
Then he informs me there is a time limit on parking with no signs present that state that! HOW CAN YOU ENFORCE A RULE WHEN NO ONE IS MADE AWARE OF THE RULE? THEN CHARGE PAYING WORKING CUSTOMERS $275 TO HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR CAR ??? They give you no receipts upon payment and take the payment on APPLE PAY??? Which you have no way of reporting! These are extremely difficult times and to prey on working people on Friday night who are supposed to be enjoying the city is predatory! Lastly the way I was treated as a WOMEN I would wish on my worst enemy.
