The only thing wrong with my visit today is that I didn't have a friend to share with so I could have tried more stuff.
I got the dumplings and they were fabulous.
Light, airy, fresh and full of yummy flavor. Arriving just before the dinner hour started, the dining area was quiet.
It was also clean, including the soda fountain area.
My dumpling order didn't take very long until it was ready and I cleared the bowl. Next time, I'll split noodles and dumplings.
Delicious!

Strongly Disappointed: My visit to this establishment was highly anticipated after spotting it on Instagram.
However, upon arrival, I was taken aback by the sight of dumplings left unattended on the counter, with staff seemingly indifferent as they navigated around them.
Despite my global culinary experiences, my enthusiasm quickly waned.
The dumpling soup I ordered proved to be a culinary catastrophe when I discovered a strand of blue hair nestled within.
There was also a woman in the kitchen with blue hair! Clearly, hygiene standards were amiss, as evidenced by the lack of hairnets.
Our subsequent dishes were equally disappointing; the noodles and dumplings were overcooked, the broth lackluster, and the servings lukewarm, as if they had been left out all day.
As if the hair incident wasn't enough, my replacement bowl revealed an unidentifiable foreign object, prompting our hasty departure.

We were looking for a light dinner (which we didn't get) and decided on this place because we're both dumpling and noodle lovers.
We both got the half and half dumpling/noodle bowls with pork, my boyfriend was able to finish his entire meal.
I found mine had too much meat, the noodles simply didn't need it for me, nice fresh noodles as well, good chew.
The flavors of the broth were too amazing! Not a problem we ate as much as we could and then my boyfriend dug into my dumplings because I was so full on noodles.
