Capitol Smokehouse & Grill is a charming little BBQ spot that truly deserves a visit! 🍖 On my recent lunch outing, I tried the smoked chicken leg quarter, which came with delicious green beans and mac-n-cheese. The chicken was juicy, though the cornbread could have used a bit more flavor.

The highlight was definitely the jalapeno cornbread! It’s not overly spicy but adds a wonderful twist to an already cozy atmosphere. 💚
