Texas Roadhouse

Went here with the wife.
Our waitress was very professional and took care of us quick and easy.
The food was amazing, as always for Texas Roadhouse.
Our service was 10/10 Something I witnessed however was I saw a very tall server holding his tray of food very high in the air.
So high that the food hit a wooden beam and knocked some of it onto the floor.
I think he said something along the lines of “It’s just an onion ring,” and then just left and delivered the food.
Personally if I knew my food had just scraped a wooden beam I would probably hesitate to eat it.
I don’t know how dusty or dirty that might’ve been and it’s a little unsanitary that it went to the table anyways.
Wasn’t my food, just something I witnessed.

Lindsay is AMAZING💜 As a former Server for over 20 years it’s so hard going out to eat.
It’s like I have a target on me.
Well not this time!! What a great dinner and appetizer, great company, fabulous server, I couldn’t ask for more.

Overall a great experience.
Our server was kind without being obnoxious about checking on us; it allowed us to enjoy our date night without being interrupted a ton.
Food was absolutely delicious and cooked just as asked! The only downside was we got sat right next to the kitchen and hostess station, so it was a bit noisy because there's no barrier between the table and everything else going on.
