Taylor Street Tavern is a delightful gem nestled in The Paramount Hotel. The ambiance strikes a balance between cozy and trendy, with charming chandeliers and inviting decor. I recently dined here for dinner, and while there were some initial delays with our orders, the manager graciously comped half our bill.

The standout dishes were the Seared Ahi and Steelhead Trout - both incredibly flavorful. 🍽️ Pairing these with craft cocktails truly elevated our experience. I appreciated the outdoor seating option and the kid-friendly menu! Despite minor hiccups, I can’t wait to return and try more from the menu. 🥂✨
