Higgins is a gem nestled in the heart of Portland! 🌟 The cozy, nostalgic decor immediately makes you feel at home, like visiting Grandma’s house.

I tried the fish with walnuts and apples special, which was a delightful surprise, while my friend savored the lamb pasta. The mussels appetizer is a must-try - the soup base was absolutely divine! 😋 We rounded off our meal with the cheesecake, which was heavenly.

Service was attentive and friendly, making it a perfect spot for dinner or a laid-back lunch. Can't wait to return! 🍽️✨
