I recently dined at Alder, nestled in the charming Dossier Hotel, and it was quite the experience! 🌟
The atmosphere strikes a balance between cosy and trendy, perfect for any occasion. I highly recommend the French onion soup - it's rich with a peppery twist and topped with melting cheese that satisfies every craving! 🧀
We also enjoyed the crispy confit chick leg, drizzled with a tangy glaze that was simply divine. The cocktails, especially the cucumber concoction made by our bartender, Matt, added a refreshing touch to our meal.
While prices can be on the higher side, the quality of food and impeccable service made it worth it. We'll definitely be back
