Cute tiny dining room and a helpful server. The sushi is pretty good but not my fav in the city.Seems like a good option for large trays for parties or groups.Edamame was alright and the veggie tempura was good but a little doughy Only other note is that the music is explicit rap - fyi if you’re going with your mom or little kids

SUSHI PARTY We gave Hamono a try for our family’s multi-birthday celebration to feed 14.I ordered a sushi tray and extra rolls to supplement for about $250 including tip.We did not get exactly what we ordered/paid for online, but were still very happy with the beautiful presentation and amount of sushi you get for the price. The fish is the same stuff nearly all the sushi spots get from the delivery truck.Nothing special, but does the trick. They were flexible on pickup time to work around my schedule and helped carry it out to the car. I supplemented the meal by buying frozen potstickers to cook at home, making my own sunomono salad, and also using miso soup packets in a big pot.We had mochi ice cream for dessert. All in all, not a bad way to feed 14 hungry sushi lovers for under $300.
