Really disappointed! I moved to Pasadena a year ago and this was the spot to go to with my kids for food and ice cream.I went in today and saw a sign on the table about a “Jarrito preparado” and once he said he had guava I was like yes! Everything was going well the server was very attentive and nice.I took a few sips and there it was a freaking roach in my drink!!! I was so disgusted, I wanted to throw up! My boyfriend immediately waved down the server and cancelled our food order and we left.
I found this place maybe 2 weeks ago and I've ordered from here for my family maybe 6x now 🥴 The food is DELICIOUS.I've lived in Monterrey Mexico on and off again for most of my childhood, so I know authentic food and I can highly recommend this place! 10/10 stars for the amazing fresh food and the great service every single time.We ordered last night for dinner and my 6 year old wanted breakfast so we got the $2.50 kids breakfast and they even made it a little bear for her and she hasnt stopped talking about it 🥺 Muchas gracias por siempre cocinar nuestra comida con tanto amor y cariño cada vez ❤️
Food was excellent only thing that got me was the customer service.I had to buy a plate I didn't order that was already made.I stated that I didn't order it she was determined that I did so I just said to but it in a togo bag.She even showed me the menu and was I guess "teaching me" how to read.So yeah nope I guess I would eat the food but not going back there anytime soon.So my family time was disturbed by a inaccurate server situation.
