Food was good, staff was friendly, so far it looked clean.Waiting time for one Quesadilla of 20min is ridiculous! It was not crowded at all, but it just took forever.
My daughter and I came in and placed my order via kiosk.I literally waiting 15 minutes.When I approached the counter the guys making the food kept looking at me but none acknowledged me.Then I started showing my frustration and one of the workers came up and told me that I would have to wait a little more because the drive thru was really busy.In that moment I got mad and told them “ yeah drive thru is busy but I am part of that busy and I’ve waited for 15 minutes inside which is not right! I need my food “. They were literally telling me drive thru is more important.Within like a minute of telling them this I received my food.Not a great place!!!
Taco Bell sucks.Their mobile app never works.Then you have to wait longer to get your food than if you went to a real sit down restaurant and pay more for their crap fake food.
