Wong Wok Restaurant

We just had dinner here and we'll definitely be returning.
All the food tasted really good.
We had the pan fried dumplings, the chicken wings, hot and sour soup, and the chicken and broccoli.
All of the dishes had great flavor and tasted fresh.
One of the best chicken and broccoli dishes I've had in any Chinese restaurant, really flavorful sauce and the broccoli was cooked perfectly and not mushy so that was nice.
The service was friendly and prompt.
Our water cups were never empty which was nice.
Very affordable in my opinion.
I will definitely be returning and I recommend people give it a try.

Called to place an order.
The rude hispanic women who answered the phone wouldn't give me a total and said she would call me back with total.
I asked why, I may want to order more and she replied with an attitude then you will have to wait.
She finally came back on the phone told me the total then hung up quickly.
I called back to give my credit card info and she told me they didn't take payment over the phone so I said okay.
I sent my husband to pick up the order and when he got there the same employee told him the order was not ready for a other 15 minutes.
So he waited.
He went back inside and the women now says the order was never placed because she wasn't sure I wanted it because I hung up the phone after she said no payment over the phone.
My husband got mad cause when he first went in she said the order would be ready in 5 minutes.
She was rude from start to finish.
I have been going to this restaurant for 9 years but honestly after this interaction I will never again.
Liar and unprofessional.

It is Saturday at 1 PM and I order 4 lunch specials.
I walk in and wait at least 6 minutes before someone comes from the back.
No thank you for waiting or even a hello.
Just 'Your name?' I ask for extra soy sauce with a reaction as if I asked for an extra meal.
My card is returned to me and the bag handed to me.
No words spoken since my name..
Not even a thank you.
My food must have been leftover from the night before.
The rice was hard, the fried chicken skin was so dried out, it cracked when my kids bit into it.
The teriyaki was like shoe leather and the chicken fingers were also hard, inside and out.
I guess you have to go and not be one of the first customers of the day.
Between the cost, quality and lack of just acting as if you're grateful to have customers, I will not return!
