A year later after my first review, the service has definitely changed both the owner, which is Juan and his I believe mother were not around on this day.We had ordered 4 Pastelillos, which we pacifically said to please drop them fresh. When we receive them, they were lukewarm, and when we took a bite of the pastel, some of the meat was raw.We called the truck the person in charge at that time, was rude, he said come and get your money back and while I’m in charge you will not get any service from me. We were regular customers, and he said us, I can’t even imagine what would happen to a first time customer returning or complaining about their food. The owner Juan & his mother are amazing, unfortunately not the guy and the women that works with there when the owner isn’t around!
Usually don't like to complain, but here goes: Spent almost 30 dollars , large cubano sandwich, bread was crumbling like if was not fresh, ham and pork portion was way to small. Was eating bread with a bit of meat. Papas locas,,,not the best quality of fries, bunch of cheese, ketchup, no lettuce, no tomatoe and a few strands of pork. Very very disappointed
I payed 17 bucks for pernil and rice and and beans. The food was not great. And I waited for 45 minutes with a beeper that never went off.I had to go up and ask about it to get my food.I really wanted my money back and to leave it took so long.Worst experience.Never again!
