I am completely appalled by the cold food I was delivered.
Then as I was attempting to rectify the situation the person over the phone began to argue with me about the food being hot.
The picture speaks volumes.
If this was hot as I ordered the cheese would be melted.
I understand mistakes, but the unprofessionalism I received was beyond disgusting.
