Nosh Café and Restaurant is such a gem in Springfield! 🌟 I stopped by for breakfast and was treated to their delightful avocado toast topped with a perfectly poached egg - simply divine! The coffee was top-notch; I can’t recall the last time I enjoyed a cup that smooth.

The atmosphere is cozy yet trendy, and the live music added a special touch. Plus, it’s wonderful knowing it's women-owned and very inclusive. 🍽️ Whether you're solo or with family, this spot caters to everyone. Can’t wait to go back for lunch next time...!
