Called this store because the store at Poplar and Highland would not answer the phone.District Mgr.Carrie picked up phone.Told her that my grub hub order had many missing items and they would not refund.Told her I went in store and they were playing loud rap music with the constant f word and were rude to me.She apologized and took my name and address and told me she would send me a gift card to make up for it...which of course I never received...that was over 3 weeks ago.Taco Bell used to be my favorite fast food but they all have gone way way downhill and seldom go there anymore!

I keep forgetting to keep my expectations low when going to a Taco Bell because my food was served to me cold, borderline undercooked.The only reason I’m leaving a review is because I went to the one on union ave and they always serve me my food fresh so why can’t I have that when I go to the poplar location, there was literally no line when I went there…

I love Taco Bell, especially when I need something quick and easy since I work late. As long as I double-check at the speaker & again at the window, my order is generally correct and fresh.There have been a couple of times that the order was wrong, and they corrected it or even replaced it if I didn't notice until I got home.(ALWAYS, keep your receipt until you know everything is correct! If you want your stuff replaced, that is, and you've already left the establishment.) The only problem I run into, more often than not, is not getting enough sauce. I can tell them at the speaker and when I get to the window, check in my bag and only see a few, remind them there are only 4 packs of sauce for a family of 5 and they'll tell me they are at the bottom, also no matter how many times I say mild sauce, I end up with hot or fire sauce.I now keep taco sauce on hand at home, just in case, lol!
