I've been out all night, and decided to get a Cantina Chicken Bowl after hearing all the reviews.
After waiting in line 40 mins.
I got home to enjoy my bowl...
Let's say I had a million bad words and could not think of one good one for this mess they had given me.
Nice guys but this is not like the picture.
Needless to say if you go through drive thru no matter how busy they are, in the wee hours...
Check Your Food!!!! What I got vs what I ordered.
I'm giving 2 stars because the cinnabon delights always delight☺️

My review of the experience begins with the moment I arrived to place my order.
Unfortunately, the female staff member's voice on the other end barely reached a whisper, making it difficult to communicate effectively.
It would be advisable to address this issue either by adjusting the speaker volume or encouraging employees to speak more audibly.
Secondly, despite requesting extra black beans, they were omitted from my order, and the ones provided were visibly scratched.
Regrettably, I had to discard food! It was disgusting!

I try to give this store the benefit of the doubt.
But they never seem to amaze me.
Each time I go, attitude are horrible.
They are always out of something.
When it comes to the door dash orders, they don’t contact the customer, they wait until the dasher gets there to say something.
With my experience, the store calls the customer and has the order ready for the dasher when they arrive.
I would not recommend anyone to work, eat , not even stop in the parking lot because the negative energy might run off.
