Great food for the price.
Sad I got 4 small onion rings for my 1 side.
Burger and chicken wrap were excellent.
No lobby to eat inside and busy at 3:30 pm.
Overall, great place to grab food on a budget.

I had an awful experience here.
I just went and the person on the microphone was short and mistook my order twice which would have charged me more than I wanted.
The cashier literally snatched money out of my hand like I had personally assaulted her, and on top of everything else when I got the burger it was smashed, the wrong burger, and had literally nothing on it.
The only exception I wanted was no bacon and they just took everything off.
I get having a bad day but this feels like a team got together and tried to make the worst customer experience possible.
Awful.

Great spot.
Brings back fond memories of college.
Every now and then I have a late night out and it’s really great to have a fast food joint open when everything else in memphis is closed.
Really appreciate the folks who work late too because I’m sure it’s not fun as they’re usually busy in the wee hours yet they still manage to get my order right every time with a good attitude.
That’s no easy feat so thank you Cookout Team! You guys deserve some praise for quality service
