Memphis Indian Restaurant

Disappointing, to say the least. Lately, their food taste has been a bit off.
It used to be great when it first opened, but now, the flavors are disappointing and inconsistent.
Recently, I tried their Gongura Paneer biryani and Veg thali, and they were tasteless.
The dosakaya curry in the Veg thali was oddly sweet, and the other curries were bland, too.
That was disappointing as it’s just a basic menu.
Even the dessert, Rava Kesari, smells of oil instead of ghee.
And they forgot to add the papad! The Gongura paneer biryani was a total disaster; it was a little oily, and masala stuffed down the rice layer, missing the traditional Biryani vibe and the wow factor.
The biryani is a huge portion but tasteless for a 15$ price. At least Their breakfast menu is great.
Stick to that if you want a satisfying meal.
But I am glad; their service and gesture/compliments are 10/10!

This little place is a knock-your-socks-off delicious gem hidden inside the Mediterranean market.
The food is the best Indian in Memphis, hands down.
If you don't believe me, give their Chicken 65 a go.
There are very few frills here and they don't overwhelm you with choices, but I firmly believe that you can't go wrong with any of them.
You know it's good when the only individuals there are Indian.

Wowza! If you’re a foodie, this is the place! The Gobi Manchurian (cauliflower) is so good! The Veg Thali is perfect for sampling…it is so delicious.
Onion pakora, naan, samosa chaat, paneer… all so tasty! The meat eaters in my life love the butter chicken.
Most definitely will eat here again and again.
