Taco Bell

Stopped by for a late quick dinner after picking my husband up from work.
The gentlemen at the speaker was nice enough but informed me they were out of an item for the deluxe box but could still serve it if i wanted.
I chose to go with it.
Upon getting to the window, no greeting and barely an acknowledgment from the lady at the window.
Asked for mild sauce and got no reply, received 4 packets in the bag.
Upon getting home, the quesadilla i ordered with extra sauce, which i paid extra for, was wrong.
Not only was there no extra sauce, there was none at all.
I tried calling 5 times as i live about 8 minutes down the road and was trying to see if i made the drive again could they correct it quickly.
No answer every time, no option to leave a voicemail either the line just went dead.
It’s fast food and was 12 midnight but come on.
To charge someone for something extra and then put none at all on the item?! Customer service is terrible, food incorrect and no response when there or after.
Shame

The worst taco bell in the city possibly. The lobby is always filthy, there's always multiple things empty from napkins to sauces.
The tables are never clean and you'll find sticky spills and food bits on them and trash around the lobby and overflowing trash cans.
Whoever closes definitely doesn't clean and restock because it's like this first thing in the morning and any time of day you go.
It doesn't matter if there's 1, 2, or 3 people on staff, they will take forever to make your order even if you're the only person there.
Oddly workers will just disappear into the back of the kitchen.
It's as if they don't want to work or want to go chit chat or be on their phones back there.
They never have any iced coffee ready or flat out just forget you order it (this has happened on several occasions).
It happens when management is there and frankly they are sometimes engaging in the behavior or allowing it themselves.
They never seem to be in a good mood and I can clearly see why.
This whole store needs a serious overhaul of current management and employees.
It's rough!

This TB is right by my house and my wife loves Taco Bell so we have given this location about 10 chances..
It quite literally disappoints every time.
If it wasn’t for other locations that make the food better, we would boycott TB all together.
Thankfully the other locations are not too far and the quality is far superior.
This location is a literal nightmare.
I understand staffing issues but there is a certain level of quality that must be maintained.
The level of this TB is so low, as a business owner I would be appalled because you are 100% losing customers daily.
The sodas are watered down and taste expired.
The chicken quesadillas (our go to) are cold, dry, and not cooked all the way through.
They taste expired.
Also presentation is important.
Attached is a photo of how my quesadilla came.
Outraged is an understatement.
It literally looks like someone just jumbled up some ingredients into a tortilla and packaged it.
They failed to even cut it.
I just threw it in the trash.
I thought about going back to complain in person but this has happened so much that I just decided to drive to the other location.
They took care of me.

Very dirty in the line where they prep the food..
was standing in line for someone to take our order and Noone was there.
Looked like all employees took a smoke break as they are outside and restaurant looks empty.
After a about 5 minutes just decided to leave.
