Six months ago, this location was my go-to stop after a day on the lake.
It was tidy and the manager was always friendly.
The food never disappointed. Today, the place was a mess.
The men's room was unsupplied and a wreck.
When my order came out, the cheese on the fries looked curdled. Upon expressing my concern to the manager on duty, she wanted to debate it with me instead of simply offering to make it right.
I insisted the whole order be refunded so I could go elsewhere, and her response was just defiant. Customer Service is about meeting customer expectations and taking feedback when you come up short.

Food was good, burgers were good flavor and fresh.
Cheese curds were a new experience, but reminded me of lightly fried mozzarella sticks, just not "melty." Staff was very friendly and engaging. Tables needed wiped down, and after looking at all the booths, we took napkins and water and wiped a table down ourselves.

First time here and I've totally been missing out! Their steak burgers are delicious.
Very thin but the double patty makes up for it.
Not to mention, their fries are thin and crispy.
Not so greasy at all.
Very good flavor.
Their staff and manager was super nice at this location.
Would definitely come back here!
