I came in the slow time -between lunch and dinner- I ordered chef's sashimi combination.The fish-cut is very generous, larger than most I've seen. Also the waitress brought me a complimentary 3-pc warm sushi with 3 sauces.It was delicious.
The seared salmon dish is the best seafood dish I have ever tasted.It melted in my mouth.It was absolutely amazing. Side dishes and other rolls were also fantastic.The fish was high quality but the sauces were also so good. Also, apparently the cook is also from an upscale hotel in Korea.
The seared salmon roll is a must!!!!! It melts in your mouth 🤤 The fish was all very fresh and the rolls were creative and delicious! Great service and atmosphere was pleasant 👍
