Caribbean Kitchen TX

Service: I called and placed my order.
I asked the lady what came with the jerk chicken and she told me.
I said I would be there in 10 minutes and she said it will be ready.
She was right! However, I received curry chicken 🤦🏾‍♂️. Food: Curry chicken wasn’t bad.
Seasoned well, spice was right, however, the cabbage seemed not to be fresh.
I received a full plate or two of rice and peas, a normal size portion of cabbage and a decent amount of chicken.
Again, the chicken was okay.
Not the best, it too didn’t seemed to be cooked today.
Just my opinion… Atmosphere: granted, I did a pick up so take my opinion with a grain of salt but, it lacked “welcoming”.
The guy “sitting” behind the counter didn’t greet me.
I had to speak to both him and the lady. Cost: I paid roughly $10 for the lunch portion which isn’t bad for the amount of RICE you get.
If you are looking for carbs, it’s worth it. Overall, I support small businesses which is why I choose this one however, businesses have a responsibility with food and customer service and it doesn’t seem like they are listening to the reviews about service, and/or food.
I hope this place gets better but, I don’t intend on going back.

Stumbled upon this little Carribean food spot in a strip mall! Looked interesting.
Stopped in and ordered the small Carribean Jerk Chicken Plate and The Small Ox Tail plate! There was nothing small about these plates😍😍🤯🤯!! Very tasty jerk chicken 🇯🇲🍗🐔, The OX tail was good too, tender and flavorful.
But I personally prefer the Jerk chicken just had a little more spice and a great flavor**AWESOME**!! A ton of rice and great sides!! Everything Was fantastic and the owners were really Kool and treated me like family!! I highly recommend coming here, its real deal!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😋😋

One day I was passing by and seen this place in a plaza.
So I finally decided to give this place a try today.
I ordered the jerk pork, rice, and cabbage online.
When I received the order I opened it up.
And let me just say I am pleased with the amount of food they give you! And once I tasted the food I was all in the food was amazing!! I will definitely try them again!
