Vietnamese restaurant
Had the garlic noodles and added beef. The noodles themselves were good.It had some bits of egg that were actually very tasty. However, the beef lacked quite a bit of seasoning. It was definitely a generous portion of noodles compared to the beef added. They were not out of this world noodles but definitely something to try if you love garlic. The restaurant itself was quiet when we arrived as there weren’t many customers and they did not take very long to send out our orders.
I love this place and frequent here a lot! The lemongrass beef vermicelli is my go to dish but nothing on the menu will disappoint. The staff is friendly and always have great attitudes.I recommend sunflower as a must try if you haven’t already!
This is an unpretentious neighborhood cafe. The food is good if unremarkable. The service is efficient and a bit cold.I ordered a noodle bowl and they brought me the sprouts, basil, lemon, and jalapeño in a plastic baggie, which I thought was odd.We ordered hot Vietnamese coffee and got it iced (it was still good). The prices are good.Overall a decent healthy choice if you’re in the neighborhood, but probably not worth a special trip for.
