At Summa, I had an unforgettable dining experience! 🍽️ The Creole fried chicken was a standout - perfectly tender with a wonderfully light breading. I also loved the unique New Mex stew, a delightful twist on Pueblo green chili. The atmosphere, formerly an old fire station, adds a rustic charm.

The staff was friendly and attentive, even crafting honey syrup for my cocktail! While we had a slight wait to order, the delicious Western Cheesesteak and macaroni & cheese made it worth it.

Can’t wait to return! 🌟
