My wife and I had a delightful experience at Edelweiss German Restaurant.
From the moment we stepped in, we were transported to a charming Bavarian atmosphere, complete with cozy wooden interiors and the sound of authentic German music.
The ambiance alone would have earned five stars! Now onto the food – it was simply fantastic.
I ordered the Sauerbraten, and it was cooked to perfection.
The meat was tender, marinated just right, and paired wonderfully with the tangy sauce.
My wife had the Wiener Schnitzel, and she couldn't stop raving about how crispy and flavorful it was.
The portions were generous, leaving us both comfortably satisfied. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the authentic taste of the dishes.
It felt like we were dining in Germany! However, the service was the one area that could use a bit of improvement.
While the staff was friendly, the service was a tad slow.
Nonetheless, this didn't overshadow the overall experience. In summary, Edelweiss German Restaurant is a gem in Colorado Springs for anyone craving authentic German cuisine.
The food quality alone is worth the visit, and if they can fine-tune the service, this place would be an absolute standout.
We will definitely be back for more Sauerbraten and Wiener Schnitzel!

Delicious food, great service, and cozy, inviting ambiance.
And apparently the dessert was amazing.
I haven't been to Germany, so I can't say whether it was authentic.
But the dishes we ordered fit our palates.
Good enough for a return visit.

Went for my birthday, the server was awesome he helped explained all the food I had questions about and offered his opinions.
Food came out quick and everything was taken care of perfectly, music was good! Would come back :)
