Edelweiss German Restaurant is a charming find in Colorado Springs!

From the moment we entered, the cozy Bavarian atmosphere and delightful German music set the perfect scene. I indulged in the Sauerbraten, which was exquisitely tender, while my wife savored the crispy Wiener Schnitzel - both dishes bursting with authentic flavor.

The service was friendly but a bit slow at times, which is understandable given the busy environment. Overall, the food quality truly makes this place special! We’ll definitely return for more hearty German fare and to try the enticing dessert selection! 😊🍽️
