Burrowing Owl is an absolute gem in Colorado Springs! 🌱 The vibes here are cozy and trendy, perfect for a casual meal with friends or a solo escape. I tried the Italian white bean soup, and it was creamy perfection - seasoned just right! The Sasquatchos nachos were a hit as well.
Matt and Ayla made our experience even better with their fantastic service; their positive energy was infectious! 🌟
