Dozo Sushi and Bar is my go-to spot for sushi in Colorado Springs! 🌟 The Sunset roll and freshly-grated wasabi were simply divine. I loved the beautiful presentation of the food, and the ambience is both cozy and trendy. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, though our mains took a while to arrive - likely due to a busy evening.
I appreciated the gluten-free options clearly marked on the menu! The only thing I'd suggest is adding a changing table in the women's restroom. Overall, I can't wait to return for another round of delicious sushi! 🍣✨
