Stopped in today at 2:01 PM and wanted.
Footlong cold cut combo on white bread.
No white bread.
The kid taking the order was on his phone when we went in and the moment we paid, went right back to his phone.
Glad he put on gloves but didn’t sss him wash his hands.
We had to repeat everything at least 3 times because he had an AirPod in one ear playing music and he could hear us.
The wheat bread was 1 of 2 bread options and it tastes like it’s a couple days old.

I ordered 4 footlongs through the app, so around 50 dollars worth of sandwiches.
I asked for curbside service, and when I arrived at the store I was alerted my order was ready and I pressed the button that said I was there, and was told my order would be brought out.
About 5 min later I tried calling the store, and while I could see an employee inside, they just let the phone ring for over ten minutes.
It wasn’t busy- there was only one other customer leaving when I pulled up.
Then when I got my order and went home, I realized all 4 sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted were ice cold (and some were sandwiches that come toasted on the menu like a Philly cheesesteak- cold steak meat with slices of cold cheese laid on top).
And the condiments were so thick and soggy on the sandwiches they had to be all scraped off to be halfway edible.
Nobody answers the phone at the store so I tried leaving feedback online but only was notified that my input would be passed on with no offer to try and make anything right.
Won’t be returning!

Food is good but of course they had to change their business hours because I would come 10 mins before closing, It’s not my fault practice ends at that time and it's the only close thing I can get.
