We decided to have subway tonight because we seen an ad for if you order in the app the buy one get one free foot long.So I decided to go to this subway since it was closes to us.(Mind you I havenât had subway in over 2 years) As Iâm in the car trying to order on line he waved through the window and pointed at his watch which I thought was odd.I walked in with my young daughter around 8:31pm and immediately felt uncomfortable.He was basically rushing us to order at 8:31pm when they closed at 9:00pm.I told him I was trying to order from the app because of the special.He said he didnât know nothing about it.So I asked him if they had any specials inside because he said if I ordered on the app he wouldnât get the order till around 8:45pm.Again, he immediately made me feel uncomfortable with my young daughter rushing me to order.I just left and went to another subway because what youâre not going to do is rush me to spend my money when youâre open for another 30 mins.He needs to check his attitude, itâs bad for business.Customer service says a lot when patronizing at an establishment.I wonât be returning!
the guy that works here is a bit rude.I thought it was me but as i read other comments, other customers has experienced the same thing.he was very rude.He would huff at any request asked (more lettuce, more onion, etc.).I asked âhow much is it to add baconâ and he reacted in a very obvious, annoyed manner.When I initially walked in he asked what I wanted and when I told him I was still deciding he waived his hand in a dismissal manner.I havenât touch my food yet but his customer service is was fairly odd.It seemed like personal frustration.
I love me some Subway, I eat Subway every week, and I try to give any now outlet a review if I visit.I went there today, I noticed this lady was quite dismissive and impatient with me, she had an unnecessary rude countenance about her.I just got my food, already unhappy at this point but happy to be done with interacting with her.She obviously thought I donât understand Spanish with what she told her co-worker, but Iâll just let that slide.Anyway, my food was not bad, especially since I was quite hungry.I decided to look through other reviews and low and behold, most folks have complained about her- different people saying the same thing.Anyway, hopefully someone talks to her about her unwelcoming air about her.3 âď¸ âď¸âď¸ because I love Subway.
