September 08, 2024Citadel BBQ is a hidden gem in Houston! 🌟 I stopped by for lunch and was instantly impressed by the casual, cozy atmosphere. I ordered the moist brisket and the chopped beef sandwich, both of which were absolutely delicious and perfectly smoked!
The brisket was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, and I appreciated the perfect sauce-to-meat ratio. The mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, a great sidekick! 🍖
Service was fast, and the staff were friendly, making my visit even more enjoyable. Definitely a spot worth revisiting! What a great find! 🥳
